It revives the first ever masked hero in comics - The Clock! He first appeared in November 1936 beating the likes of Superman and Batman in to print by 18 months or more.
The lovely black and white art is by Vincent Danks who has drawn for the 'Torchwood' and 'Doctor Who' comic strips as well as co-creating the acclaimed comic 'Harker'!
It's written by me of course!
